At the end of each week, you can expect to complete: 4 workouts, 1 fitness related journal topic for reflection, 1 stretch day, and 1 deep breathing day making for a comprehensive fitness program.
What resources do I need? The only resource needed for this program is YOU! The DF Handbook was purposely designed as a bodyweight program. The goal of this Handbook is to teach you how to exercise consistently whenever you’re on the road or don’t have access to equipment. For the virtual workouts, you have the options of syncing your video workout from your phone to your laptop or TV screen through your login account.
What skill level is it designed for? The DFH is a general populations-based program with all ages in mind. The workouts in this Handbook are loaded with alternative exercises to ensure each person moves at their own safe pace.
How long are the workouts? The DFH was designed to give you “a daily piece of fitness” without dominating your schedule. Therefore, to promote consistency, all workouts and exercise activities in this Handbook are strategically designed to be completed within a maximum of 25 minutes on any day.
